Favorite DJ Moment: I was DJing at a club a couple years ago as the headlines DJ and it was amazing-lights everywhere and over 15,000 watts of power in the speakers.  I put on a track that had the 2,000+ crowd dancing and chanting my name.

Favorite Song: As a DJ, there is no way to just have one-one of my favorites to play at most events is Sir Mix A lot – “Baby got Back”.

Favorite Type Event to DJ: Weddings have an amazing feeling and I love being part of something so memorable. To be honest, I love to be anywhere where I can crank up the music!

Activities/things you enjoy outside of Djing: I love the outdoors: playing baseball, football, tennis, skiing, surfing, and mountain biking. I really enjoy a walk on Carmel Beach and working at my second job at Cannery Row Brewing Company.

Talents: I love photography and I enjoy acting in front of a camera. My voice has to be one of my strong points and I use it to my advantage every day. Kickboxing is also a perfect way for me to stay in shape for those extra long events.

Thank you SO much for pulling through for us! Darion was absolutely AMAZING! He kept every single person on the dance floor the entire night and everyone is still raving about it! The night was full of unpredicted announcements and impromptu speaches and Darion never skipped a beat! In fact, we even postponed a couple of our announcements because everyone was so into the music, we didn’t want to interrupt his groove! He even came dressed as Maverick and got a few votes for our “Prom King & Queen” costume contest! Darion did an amazing job! We were extremely happy with him and how smooth he made everything go during our wedding and reception. Every song he picked was perfect and just what I would have wanted. Darion was awesome. He helped organize my ideas and gave his profession opinions when I needed them. The dance floor was always full when we wanted it to be. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He knew when to be classy, when to be professional, and when to be fun. Its nice to have someone who can adapt to the mood of your event and even create the mood you want. The wedding was a blast in no small part to Darion.  He was able to mix in all of our requests and some more contemporary music and there was a TON of dancing.  I think I danced to about 75% of the music.  We got lots of compliments on the music too.  I was especially concerned about the sound for our beach ceremony and it turned out perfect as well.  I really appreciate the way Darion respected and was patient with my nerves int that regard.  Thanks so much for an awesome event!

I hope that DNA received the thank you note that I mailed about Darion. The wedding was perfect and Darion was very professional. He was personable (we knew he would be), prompt, your equipment worked perfectly and most of all the kids and all the guests danced until they were exhausted (at least us older ones were).

There were 2 memorable moments for me, my dad asked Darion to play my mom and dad’s special song for them and they danced together while their kids and grandkids held back tears, and he ended the evening with the “I’ve Had the Time of My Life” song, and showcased Jaime and Matt dancing in the middle of all the guests. It was perfect!!! My husband got great shots of everyone surrounding the newly married couple. We know that we made the right choice with your company and Darion as our D.J.

We could not have been happier with Darion. He was absolutely professional and amazing! We had over 300 guests and it seems like just about all of them have told me how great our DJ was!

He really read the crowd well and kept everyone going. We didn’t do a very good job getting him the schedule and everything, nothing went as planned, but he really pulled everything together perfectly and I am SO happy we hired him.

Darion was amazing!!

He not only played the music we wanted, but he ran the whole event perfectly. He would even check in with us throughout the night to make sure we wanted to stick with the pre-planned time line and to give us a heads up on what was next. I really appreciated this. For example, I was able to ask for an extra 5 min. before the bouquet toss to make sure my Mom was in the room. He really made the night perfect. People are still talking about the last dance at our wedding. We picked the song, “Piano Man” by Billy Joel, and Darion had us dance in the middle with all the guest in a circle around us. We felt, and have been told my numerous wedding guests, it was the best wedding moment ever seen. It was magical and we can’t thank you enough.
